2. Hosting

This website is hosted by STRATO AG (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany) on servers located in Germany. The statically delivered content (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) does not itself contain any personal data; when a page is requested, the server generates only technically necessary access logs (server logs, including a truncated IP address, date/time and the requested resource) for operational and security purposes. No transfer to third countries takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable provision of the website).

3. Contact / Demo-Request Form

If you use the contact or demo-request form, we process the data you enter (name, company, email address, message) solely to process your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your request as a pre-contractual measure) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional, spam-protected contact channel).

To send the form data, we use the service Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) as a processor. Brevo processes the data on servers in the EU/Germany as a transactional email relay; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR will be concluded before the form is put into operation.

4. Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the form against automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Unlike Google reCAPTCHA, no tracking pixel is loaded and no cookie is set before you interact with it. The Turnstile script is loaded exclusively on the contact page — it is the only external network request made by this website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional, abuse-protected form).

5. Fonts

This website loads all fonts locally (self-hosted via @fontsource). There is explicitly no request to Google Fonts or any other font CDN, and therefore no transmission of your IP address to third parties when fonts are loaded.

6. Analytics/Tracking

This website does not currently use any analytics, tracking, or marketing services. No cookies are set for analytics purposes, and no consent banner is therefore required.

7. Your Rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the following rights: access to your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
